To be eligible for a Kellam Booster Club scholarship, parents must be members of the Kellam Booster Club and must join prior to December 31, 2007. Parents must be active members by volunteering. Please contact MaryBeth.Owen-D’amico@CIGNA.com

Accomplishments:
We spent over $10, 000 updating equipment and renovating the training room. We have helped with fees to send athletes to competitions outside of our district. Coaches have been able to attend training camps to learn new or improved coaching techniques. The Booster Club has also assisted in the purchase of sports equipment for teams, which cannot be purchased through the school. Each season, the booster club provides t-shirts to recognize players and teams that compete beyond the district level. In the last 4 years, the Booster Club has awarded over $20,000 in athletic scholarships. We have also contributed several thousand dollars and donations to the All Night Grad party for graduating seniors.

Membership Fee: $13.00 for one adult (includes 1 car magnet) or $20.oo for two adults (includes 1 car magnet). Additional car magnets are available for $5.00.
We need your membership even if you cannot donate your time. Your membership will still help to support our students.

Volunteers needed for:
***Concessions: Work the booth for an hour or two---Fall, Winter & Spring opportunities available
***Become a board member (new ideas and support are always welcome).
***Kellam apparel sales.
***Banquet dinners for the parents, athletes and coaches.

Goals:
Help Kellam’s athletic teams with needs that school system cannot provide.
Provide scholarships to our graduating athletes.
Makes donations to the PTSA’s Celebrate Life graduation party.
Provide a Sports Banquet at the end of each season (three times a year)
