ARE STUDENTS "IDENTIFIED " FOR THE PROGRAM? Students may be identified in one or more of the following areas: · General Intellectual Aptitude - advanced skills and creative expression in general intellectual ability · Academic Aptitude Specific - advanced skills and creative expression in specific academic areas: mathematics, science, and/or humanities · Visual and Performing Arts - music, dance, theatre, or visual arts Students may be considered for programs through referral by parents/guardians, students, teachers, other persons who may have knowledge or expertise to make such a referral or by any other appropriate school personnel. |
