PASSES:

Each student is required to have a pass to the clinic in their own planner or on an emergency pass issued by the teacher. The only exceptions are for emergencies, and for students sent from PE in uniform.

Passes are provided in student’s planners for daily medication, permission to carry inhalers and epi- pens, and for accommodations. Passes are a privilege, and can be revoked at any time by clinic staff for abuse, or sharing with friends.
